How it works?
EcoClean E/ONE Sewer System is a low pressure, cost effective and highly reliable system that can be installed in any terrain, be it flat, rocky or even sites with drastic elevation change. As this system is easily installed by following the contour of the existing land, minimal disturbance to the natural landscape occurs thus preserving the natural aesthetics of the surrounding area.
The EcoClean E/ONE Sewer System stores, grinds, and pumps wastewater through a pressurised system to a sewer treatment site. With a pressurised system, the wastewater can be pumped horizontally or vertically at a significant distance.
Why it is better than typical gravity systems?
Conventional gravity systems require one main criterion to function, gravity. As such, wastewater must flow on a downward gradient from a higher to lower point to function. Besides that, this system involves major excavation to install large pipes (600mm dia.) which can be costly if not managed well. With the EcoClean E/ONE Sewer System, gravity will not be a factor with the function of the pressurised system. Installation of smaller pipes with diameter ranging between 50mm to 100mm are more than sufficient for the EcoClean E/ONE Sewer System to function. Not only that, horizontal directional drilling (HDD) method can be utilised to install these smaller pipes following the contour of the existing land area.
