As EcoClean Technology Sdn Bhd (ECT) looks at providing the best stormwater management system in the Asia-Pacific region, it is important to reach as far and wide as possible for potential clients and projects. As such, ECT has appointed two non-exclusive agents thus far that work on a project-to-project basis.
IR. Lee Lock Chong obtained his B.Eng (Hons) from the University of Malaya in 1978 and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Hydraulic Engineering from the Institute of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering Delft Netherlands in 1985. IR Lee kicked off his career the Department of Irrigation and Drainage (DID) and has served several positions between the years 1978 to 2011 including District Engineer, Design Engineer, Project Manager, State Director, Director of Project Management and most notably, Director of Design & Dam Division. His involvement in the water industry has also landed him to be part of the Project Delivery Partner team for the River of Life River Restoration Project from 2011 to 2014.
With extensive knowledge and more than 45 years of experience in the water industry, IR. Lee has also previously worked with EcoClean Technology (ECT) to provide his expertise to the company as the Business Development Manager. After his departure from ECT, he now provides his services to EcoClean Technology as a non-exclusive agent.
Prisma Envtech Sdn Bhd (PESB) is a Malaysian owned company which focuses on gross pollutant traps, rainwater harvesting, E/One low pressure sewer system, sewerage treatment plant and industrial waste water treatment. PESB has previously collaborated with the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) Taiwan, which is one of Taiwan’s largest leading future tech applied research institute.
PESB was founded by Mr Lee Teck Ngu. Mr Lee graduated with a Bachelor Engineering of Environmental from the National Chung Hsing University Taiwan, and Master of Environmental Science from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). He began his career with Pacific Engineering Ltd Co as an Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) Coordinator dealing with the authority and relevant departments in Taiwan. Mr Lee then found his way into EcoClean Technology as the Marketing Manager. With more than 30 years of knowledge and expertise in the water industry, Mr Lee stepped out to start his own company and now provides his services to EcoClean Technology as a non-exclusive agent.
