Developer SP Setia’s Consultant TY Lin International has originally approached Ecoclean Technology Sdn Bhd to offer Rainwater Harvesting System, which could save potable water and gained the Green Building Marks.

As they are all for high rise buildings and rainwater harvesting would be costly due to many gutters and down pipes, we have proposed a cheaper Stormwater Treatment and re-use alternative which could also achieve the same amount of Green Building Marks.

Finally, a CDS unit complete with Stormwater Treatment and re-use system was adopted and this has helped to achieve the Green Buiding objective.
